1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the mobile application "LadeKosten" (hereinafter "App") by BeeBack UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Scheffelstrasse 20A, 60318 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (hereinafter "Provider").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Services

The App enables users to document electric vehicle charging sessions, track costs, and create tax-relevant exports (PDF, DATEV CSV). The App supports GoBD-compliant recording of charging sessions and automatic calculation of the home charging allowance.

The App stores all data exclusively on the user's device. No cloud synchronization takes place. The optional wallbox integration communicates exclusively via the user's local network (WiFi).

3. Registration and User Account

No registration is required for the basic functions of the App. For in-app purchases and subscriptions, an Apple ID or Google account is required, which is managed through the respective app store.

The user is responsible for protecting access to their device and the data stored on it.

4. Subscriptions and Payment Terms

The App offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality as well as paid plans (Yearly Plan and one-time purchase). Paid plans are processed as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The respective payment terms of Apple or Google apply.

Prices are displayed in the App and in the respective app store. The Provider reserves the right to change prices for future billing periods. Existing subscriptions are not affected by price changes until the next renewal.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the respective billing period unless canceled before the end of the current term.

5. Free Trial Period

New users can try the premium features of the App for 14 days free of charge and without obligation. All features of the selected plan are available during the trial period.

If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the trial period, the user will automatically be charged for the selected plan. The trial can be canceled at any time through the respective app store.

6. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the subscription management of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation deadlines or cancellation fees.

After canceling a subscription, data stored on the device is retained. Access to premium features ends when the paid period expires.

7. Availability and Changes

The Provider strives for the highest possible availability of the App but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work, updates, and external circumstances may lead to temporary limitations.

The Provider reserves the right to change, expand, or restrict the App and its features at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant restrictions to existing features.

8. Limitation of Liability

The calculations and exports provided in the App serve exclusively as tools and do not replace professional tax advice. The Provider assumes no liability for the tax accuracy of the information or its acceptance by tax authorities.

The Provider's liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or claims under the Product Liability Act are affected.

9. Data Protection

Information about the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not restrict mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence.

Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. The currently valid version is available in the App and on the website.
